Performance Management

 

* P.M drives business results that accomplish the goals of the organization, by maintaining or improving employee performance and providing periodical feedback

* P.M includes the following elements:-

- Identifies the organizational values and goals.

- Sets performance standards.

- Clarifies employee performance and behaviors.

- Provides measurement and feedback tools.

- Provides business results and employee growth.

- Facilitate the development of departmental SMART objectives to achieve the desired Company directions.

- Approve the department objectives from top management.

- Each department head will develop a set of action plans for each approved objective and assign responsibilities for achieving these objectives.

- Those action plans will be cascaded to the next level and will be required to break them down further into action plans, until they reach the individual.

- Obtain approval for performance appraisal sheets outlining individual objectives.

- Conduct a training session for the system owner on how to generate performance reports.
